The bits that come up on every call.
Getting started
How long does it take to launch a new site?+
Two weeks from signing up to going live. Most of that is gathering content; the build itself is fast.
Can I bring my domain?+
Yes. We move your DNS over for you with no downtime, or buy you a new one if you'd prefer.
What do you need from me?+
Logo (or we'll work from your existing site), a few photos, fee schedule, staff bios, opening hours and a few sentences on your EYFS approach.
What if my brand needs a refresh first?+
We can use what you have today, and propose a light refresh on a Premium plan. Full rebrands are a separate, optional engagement we can scope.
Pricing & contracts
Are there long contracts?+
No. You pay monthly. You can cancel any time at the end of your billing period, and we'll give you your content and policies in friendly, open formats.
Is there a setup fee?+
Yes. A one-off £399 covers brand onboarding, content migration and the initial site build. It's waived for the early-customer cohort and for annual prepay.
Do you do free trials?+
We do a 60-day money-back trial. If we haven't earned our keep in two months, we refund you in full. No drama.
Why GoCardless instead of cards?+
Direct Debit is cheaper for everyone (lower fees, fewer failed payments) and makes B2B subscriptions tidier. We accept cards via Stripe on request.
Service & support
What's the 24-hour update SLA, exactly?+
Submit an update request via the portal before close of play, we'll have it live by this time tomorrow. Premium plans get 8 hours.
What can I ask for?+
Copy changes, photo swaps, new staff bios, fee updates, term-date changes, new pages, gallery additions. We push back gently on anything that would slow your site down.
What if you go on holiday?+
We have cover. Your portal SLA timer always reflects business hours, and there's an out-of-hours emergency number for any 'site down' scenario.
Compliance & accessibility
Are the policies actually compliant?+
They're reviewed annually by a qualified safeguarding consultant on retainer. They're aligned to KCSIE, the SEND Code of Practice, EYFS and the Equality Act 2010. They're not a substitute for your DSL doing their job, but they're a strong baseline.
Are the sites accessible?+
Yes. WCAG 2.2 AA across the board. We run axe-core in CI and do an annual accessibility audit on every site.
What about UK GDPR?+
We're ICO-registered and a Data Processor for any parent data on your site. Every customer gets a signed Data Processing Agreement.
