1. Who we are
Cub & Code Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a UK company. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
When you use our website or our customer portal, we are the data controller for your personal data. When we operate your nursery's website on your behalf, we are a data processor and you are the controller for any parent or staff data submitted via that site.
2. What we collect
If you contact us via the website, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, optional setting name and your message.
If you become a customer, we hold the details needed to provide and bill the service: organisation name, contact users, billing details (held by our payment provider), and the content you submit through the portal.
3. How we use it
We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver the service you've subscribed to, send service-related notifications, and meet our legal obligations.
We will never sell your data, and we will never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing privacy@cubandcode.co.uk.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the ICO.
