Terms of Service
Effective 29 April 2026.
1. The agreement
These terms govern your subscription to Cub & Code. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement.
2. Your subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend service for non-payment after our standard dunning process (3 retries over 14 days).
3. What we provide
We provide the services described in your chosen plan. We aim for 99.9% uptime and a 24-hour update SLA (8 hours on Premium).
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury or fraud).
Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
