Setting up a Cub & Code subscription is deliberately simple. Here's exactly what happens, and what we ask of you, which is honestly not much.

The first 14 days

Onboarding, by the numbers.

    Kickoff call

    Thirty minutes on a Zoom or a phone, whichever you prefer. We learn about your setting, your families, your tone, your brand colours.

  2. 2

    Brand-onboarding form

    A simple form on the portal: logo, photos, fees, staff bios, a few sentences on your EYFS approach. No spreadsheets.

  3. 3

    Site build

    We build your site in our templated design system, brought to life with your branding. You see a preview before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Soft launch

    We move your domain over with no downtime, schedule the first newsletter and walk you through the portal.

And then, every month

A predictable rhythm. Designed around busy nursery weeks.

1st of the month

You upload a few photos, a quick brief and any important dates via the portal. Takes 5 minutes.

5th

We send you a draft newsletter and any policy updates for sign-off. One click to approve.

10th

Branded newsletter goes out to your parents. You get an open-rate report a few days later.

Anytime

Need a copy change, photo swap or new staff bio? Submit via the portal. Done within 24 hours.

You'll never see a hosting bill, plugin warning or SSL alert.

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, plugin updates, Lighthouse regressions: all our problem. We do quarterly health checks and email you a one-page report. That's the only time you'll hear about any of it.
